What we need:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Helpdesk Intern interested to be part of our 2024 Intern Class - which is planned to be hybrid this year at our Minneapolis, MN offices:
- Helpdesk Intern (1 opening)
What you'll do:
As an intern, you may gain experience in updating Mac & Window computers, answers technical and IT ticket questions, and supporting troubleshooting needs with Lacek team members. This full-time, 10-week internship will start in early June through mid-August and is planned to be hybrid this year, working 4 days in office.
What you'll bring:
- Working toward Bachelor's Degree or certification in Computer Science or IT
- Previous experience managing projects is also preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to contribute within a team-oriented environment
- Strong detail orientation and follow-through skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Agility in an ever-changing environment
