We are currently hiring for:

Job Title Material Planner

Wage Range: Minimum $20 per hour, wage dependent on experience

Job Summary: The Material Planner is responsible for ordering and managing supply inventory(direct and indirect) for production needs at all WLF plants. Will have direct contact with approved suppliers to place orders, give directions to suppliers on forecast requirements and communication of quality issues. Will work directly with plant schedulers and plant production to keep on top of schedule changes, purchase order receipts and supply inventory levels. Review inventory obsolete supplies and prepare supporting documents to dispose of supplies. This person will work directly with AP to sort out invoice problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage supply inventory at all plants.
• Place orders for inventory replenishment.
• Set up new items in WLF systems by gathering documentation and inputting the informaiton.
• Monitor obsolete supplies and process PDs as needed.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Gmail/Google Suite products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must be dependable and be able to work well with others.
• Requires good customer service skills.
• Must be a problem solver.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
• Candidates must successfully pass the post-offer/pre-employment drug test and background screen.
