Description:
This position is responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repairs of the hydraulic components & functions on KT Pacer feed transportation equipment.
Position Key Accountabilities:
  • Installation of hydraulic components on feed transportation equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints & diagrams.
  • Diagnose & troubleshoot hydraulic functions and components.
  • Performs general maintenance & repairs of hydraulics.
  • Ability to read dials and meters to analyze parts performance.
  • Provide drawing review and suggestions related to part inspection and testing.
  • Reassemble equipment & components on trailers as needed.
  • Other duties assigned by Plant Supervisor or Management.
  • Adherence to the attendance policy.
Desired Qualifications and Experience Levels:
  • Two or more years of hydraulic installation or maintenance is preferred.
  • Working experience with transportation and/or agriculture equipment is preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to read drawings and use measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work well as a team member.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn outside of existing areas of expertise.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced setting, handle change, and have the creative energy to solve problems.
